Reminder Flag

Is there a way I can set the flag to prompt me x days from today without me
having to select the date everytime?
 
only if you apply the flag using a rule.

Thanks.
I am using Outlook 2000. The flag feature only apply to incoming mail,
nothing for out going mail.

Any more ideas.
