Remembering recipients email address

I am transferring a user to a new workstation. Both old
and new workstations use Office XP. On her old
workstation, in MS Outlook, when creating an email, she
only had to type a few letters of the Recipients email
address and it would automatically populate itself. Is
there a way to transfer that memory of email addresses to
the new workstation? Thanks

That information is contained in an *.NK2 file. This file is Outlook's
cache of recently resolved names. You could try copying this file, which
should be in the user's Windows profile, to her new machine, but I can't
guarantee that it will work correctly.
