remembering passwords

I cannot get IE to remember passwords on my computer
running XP. I have the MS knowledge base article 306895
and got as far as register RSABase.dll.
When I attempt this I get an error mesaage that load
library (RSABase.dll failed. The specified module could
not be found. Any ideas what to do?

Run the System File Checker from Start > Run with
SFC /scannow
If this does not help, read "How to Reinstall or Repair Internet
Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows XP"
