remember password isn't remembering

Hi,

Using xpfamily. I can never get the "remember password" function to work
when the option to check that appears.

Hmm, doesn't work on my outlook 2000 either.

Suggestions?

First, make sure that "Protected Storage" service is running. Click Start /
Run / Services.msc
If it is already ON, try this:

Your Outlook Express Password Is Not Retained in Windows 2000 or XP
