remarks window

When opening a Word doc, how do you remove that yellow remarks window from hovering over your mouse?? It is the file information... however, it can be very irritating - and I can't figure out how to hide it. Any ideas?? Thanks!
 
This is a Windows setting. In Windows Explorer, choose Tools | Folder
Options | View and clear the check box for "Show popup description for
folder and desktop items."
