Remap local drives

I would like to know if it is possible to map a secondary hard drive
(currently D) to another drive letter (currently my DVD drive F). Essentially
I'd like to swap letters for those drives...is it possible & how?

Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Computer Management | Disk
Management. Right-click on a drive for the option to change its drive
letter.

Right click My Computer | Manage | Storage | Disk Management. Right
click the drive and choose Change Drive letter and paths.
