I use Outlook 2000. Since my sister changed her e-mail address, she can
receive mail from me, but when she tries to "reply" or send a new message,
her mail to me is rejected.
"Reason: Server rejected MAIL FROM address.
Diagnostic code: smtp;550-66.82.4.90 blocked by
blacklist.mail.ops.worldnet.att.net. B
Remote system: dns;gateway1.worldnet.att.net
(TCP|66.82.4.90|50970|204.127.134.23|25)
(worldnet.att.net - Maillennium ESMTP/MULTIBOX
mtiwmxc12 #1195)"
She doesn't have trouble mailing me from her business address.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

Please post your question in an Outlook newsgroup (scroll down the
list of newsgroups on the left side of the screen). This newsgroup is
for a different program, Microsoft Access.

It sounds like your ISP has black-listed the mail server from which your
sister is sending her mail. That would most likely be because of an
excess of spam received from that server. You should take the matter up
with your ISP.

But this is not the right place to be posting questions about mail
service or Outlook (not that it's really an Outlook issue, anyway).
This newsgroup is devoted to discussion of general matters pertaining to
Microsoft Access, the database program. It's not for "public access to
Microsoft", though its name may be misleading.
