Reject Sender Script in OL 2000 ?

With Outlook 2000, looking for a way to install any script or hook or
addin code that will let a message bounce back to the email originator
as if the account does not exist.

Outlook user is not an administrator and can't install just any
software on the computer. Outlook is a MAPI client connecting to
Exchange.

Help?
