My system is telling me I need to reinstall XP, but when I attempt to do so, it tells me the Certificate of Authenticity number I enter is invalid. It's the only one on the computer, and my system is acting very unstable -- can't afford Microsoft support, and Dell tells me it's not their problem. Need help!
