Reinstalling XP Pro

I want to do a clean install of XP Pro, once I do this, I
assume I'll have to reactivate this copy of XP, will there
be any problems with this?

No. If it's been over 120 days, activation over the internet should take place as easily as it did the first time. If fewer than 120 days, you'll be given an 800 number to call. Just explain what you've done and they'll take care of it over the phone, giving you a number to enter at your keyboard. It's quick and easy--usually under five minutes.

No, there shouldn't be any problems re-activating. I've re-activated many times over the Internet.
