G Guest Mar 27, 2004 #1 My computer was originally loaded with Windows ME. I then upgraded it to WindowsXP Pro. I have to reformat my hard drive. Do I have to reinstall ME and the XP Pro upgrade to get a full OS?

G Guest Mar 27, 2004 #2 If you have reformatted yes load ME and then XP Pro. If you just upgrade to XP Pro then you don't have to reformat unless of course you want to Jeff
