NeedsHelpBadly

I recently upgraded from ME to XP, set up a local network
and everything was fine. Then I installed Norton System
Works which stopped autodial (for the other network
computer sharing internet connection) from functioning. So
I uninstalled Norton, figuring I'd reinstall it after I
figured out the autodial problem. That's when Outlook
Express stopped functioning. I get two messages when I try
to open an email:

"There was an error opening this message.
An error has occured."

"Outlook Express is not configured properly.
Reinstall Outlook Express."

MS KB article 318378 explains how to edit the registry to
allow reinstallation, but nowhere can I find instructions
on how to reinstall Outlook Express. Can anyone help me
out with this?
