Reinstalling Microsoft Word 2002 ????

I recently reformatted my hard drive and upon doing so I am not able to
reinstall Word without a 25 digit number. My computer is Dell and they did
not provide me with a registration number. Please help me!!!!!

Isn't the PK for Word 2002 with the CD or in the documentation that came
with your PC? If not, you will have to contact Dell to see if they can
help.

AFAIK, Word is only part of the complete Office package. How did you obtain
an individual copy?

This is incorrect, not only can you purchase MS Word separately, some
computer manufacturers did package Word as part of their OEM bundle, if
yours came with Word then there should be a Disk & Booklet in the paper work
and the 25 digit key code is on the booklet.

That's never been correct. As long as I can remember (at least as far
back as Office 4.3 for Windows 3.1) all of the Office Suite's major
component applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
have been available for purchase as individual products.
