My Flash player stopped working. Is there a way to reinstall/repair Internet
Explorer in Vista?

I think you should settle for fixing the Flash Player installation.

Remove Flash Player with Adobe's uninstall tool, then download and reinstall
Flash Player. Run Internet Explorer as Administrator while you reinstall:
right-click on IE's shortcut icon and select Run as Administrator from the
context menu.

Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:

Download Adobe Flash Player:

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player?

Run Internet Exolorer as Administrator when you reinstall it.
