reinstalling ie

hello. there is something wrong with my internet explorer. if i uninstall it where can i get another copy to install? i have a hp computer and there weren't any installation disks included. if uninstalling and reinstalling solves my problems i'll do it. in a previous post i described my error messages

I have no idea what you posted before. You should reply to the same

hi. ever since i did a system recovery my IE has been getting error messages and says i have to shut it down. i did a virus check using AVG and nothing came up. when i clicked on more info this appeared

i don't know whatthese dll messages are but they can't be any good

Hi Winnie,

help i reinstalled my word and everytime i open it , it requires me to reenter the 25 digit authentication code then after it tells me that i can not open files nor create new ones i have a paper due tomorrow and cannot access my info help!!

Try opening it in safe mode.

Go to Start > Run and type:

winword.exe /a (press enter) (Note the space between the e and the
forward slash)
