Reinstalling -- finding data files

I recently had to reinstall MS Office 97 after chaning from Win 98 to 98SE.

I then copied outlook.pst from a backup to the new C:\windows directory.

Is there anything else I should copy?

I keep getting reminders for events in the past, and when I try to "Dismiss"
them, I'm told the application that sent the reminder is not running or not
accessible.

You haven't said what you want to do. Why not delete all of the events?
