Since Windows is installed on drive F:, it must always reside on
a drive called "F:". While it is possible to move it to your first
partition while maintaining the drive letter, this is an involved
process with a substantial risk of failure. The quickest way would
be to start afresh. Later on you can delete the unwanted folders
from drive F:.

Are C and F on the same drive just different partitions or in fact on two
different drives? If the later then the fix will be more difficult. Let me
know.

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management,
Disk Management
Each drive will be listed.
