reinstallation

When I was experiencing problems running windows, I
decided to reinstall XP. During this reinstallation, I
recieved an error:

rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll

the above error message was copied verbaitem, exactly as
it appeared. Anyone know whats going on?
