reinstall

I own a lawn care business. My computer got a virus so
my wife reinstalls Windows xp. All of my personal files
are gone, is there anyway to recover them. Any special
software. Please help.

Answered earlier today. Did you read my reply?
 
Did your wife do a clean install (formatted, partitioned and reinstalled)?
If so, you are probably out of luck. There are some companies that say they
can recover the data, but they charge an arm and a leg.
