Right-click "My Computer" > select "Manage" > in the right hand pane clcik
on "Devices Manager" > look at the left hand pane, is all OK ?
If no yellow exclamation marks or red Xs then everything is at least
working. I don't do DELL much so its been a while, but you might try
visiting the website for the latest drivers if you feel you really need
them. You probably do not though, if everything already works well and you
plan to use the laptop as you said you would.
In other words, since it is a Dell and you used its specific Recovery CD,
all the right drivers probably are already installed with it.
