I completed the assembly of a new computer, after having
some problems laoding XP. I found the problem and loaded
Xp. After loading, I found out that my bios on the
motherboard was screwed up. Changed out the motherboard,
I was tolded that is best to reinstall XP. Is this True?

At least a Repair Install may be necessary.

But with a CLEAN install, at least you can use your past experiences to
prevent mistakes made previously.
