If you write a regular expression which allows [ A-Z';:]{1,250}, how would you then alter the expression to not allow 2 '' values one right after another

Your assitance is greatly appriecated!
 
How about
([ A-Z';:](''){0}){1,250}

I've not tried it, and my re is pretty rusty, but it might lead to
something.
