I am trying to find the regulare expression which will let me key anything
between 1-99, I thought [1-99], but this really only allows 1-9. What do I
need to do to get 1-99?

^[1-9][0-9]?

the ^ and $ anchors to the first and last char (so 990 wouldn't work, but 99 would
the first [1-9] says a digit 1 to
the second [1-9] has a ? to let it be optional (so you could have a single digit number
