I am using RegSeeker Ver 1.35 Build 1203 is there a way in Regseeker to
find broken shorts like you can in JV16 power tools ver 1.3.0?

Empty Temp Files finds broken shortcuts. I don't see Regseeker having
that function.

I remember even old version of easycleaner (1.7x ??)
has such a feature.
