In Windows XP Pro, is there any other way to access to the registry rather
than regedit through run box?

It depends on what you are trying to do. From within Windows, no. From a
Bart's PE or ERD Commander, yes.

Yes, there are numerous ways. If you post more details of what you are
trying to achieve, then people may be able to offer you more specific
advice.

Yep. Here are a few.

In Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, Regedt32.exe is a small
program that just runs Regedit.exe.

Start | Run | Type: Regedt32 | Click OK

Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and double click regedt32.exe.

Navigate to C:\WINDOWS and double click regedit.exe.

Open a command prompt, type regedit and hit Enter.

Open a command prompt, type regedt32 and hit Enter.
