Kelly wanted it short so here it is.

Where in registry is Stand-by button?

What is value for it being grayed out?

Where is Turn Off Computer Screen in registry?

Where is Welcome Screen in registry?

What is value when password box is present?
 
Hey I posted yesterday morning pretty detailed
description of my problem, no responses. Posted it again
last night with what I had tried and failed at and the
responses were 1 Kelly thought it was too long and that I
shouldn't have asked for MVP help and everybody else
ignored it and made jokes about kellys response if you
would like to see it it was 7-8-04 1:06 am. I appreciate
your help and I know kelly helps so much with her web site
and all. But it is extremely frustrating to post a problem
and not get even a response knowing so many MVP's are
reading this. Keep up good work. Sorry if you thought I
was mad at Kelly I'm not, just frustrated trying to make
this work like I want.

I didn't read your original post for the reasons kelly said. And I'm not going to. I did read Kelly's response to you. Most of your answers (from the questions where I had to guess what the actual question was) are answered on that page I gave a link to.
