Youre wasting youre time with that 3rd party junk...........

Neither - Simply uninstaller entries that point to a physical
location on the drive that cannot be resolved. Likely, the
Service Pack and Hotfix uninstallers have been removed.

The Registry cleaner's definition of them as "High Priority"
is hyperbole.
