I am looking for the path of pst file locations using the registry. I have
serveral users on one machine and would like to see where their pst files are
located. I cannot open outlook to view this information.

Most .pst files are kept in local settings or documents and settings under
the user's profile. Go to the profile, Application Data, Microsoft, Outlook.
That is the default location. Of course a .pst file can be directed to save
anywhere in the properties of Outlook.

The data is stored in the registry in the subkeys of
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\profilename
(where "profilename" matches the user's mail profile name). Under those
subkeys, look for 001f6700, which can exist in more than one subkey.
