am rebuilding an XP system - doing the Outlook Express part now and so want to update the 'Rules' of new cofig of previous
Know where the 'Registry' files are located

In Regedit, navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0
where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity.
