Normally, all the run program is doing is searching for the file in the
WINDOWS or WINDOWS\System32 folder in your system and opening it.

I found REGEDT32 in the System32 folder, and regedit in the WINDOWS folder.
Try opening it up from there.

Hi Harry,

I have tried to open both from WINDOWS or WINDOWS\System32 and both of them
opened with notepad.

FYI, at my WINDOWS folder there was 2 regedit application file. One with
'MS-DOS Application' type that can be open with the command prompt
(regedit.com) and another with 'Application' type that open with notepad.
