When I try to edit the rigistry I get error message "

How do I enable this, as I am the administrator?

Jack,

Click Start, Run and type the following command (copy and paste it):

reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
