Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator

When I try to install a program we find the message of
reference.

What I Can do? Please help.

i hate to burst anyones bubble but ive also have the same
problem and have visited www.dougknox.com and tried the
reg enable tool when i double clicked on it it told me
that registry editing has now been enabled please restart
your pc so i did and still no joy i have in turn found
that the registry editor still brings up the message
registry editng has been disabled by your administrator
obviously the tool didnt fix the problem and im now also
seeking further advice can anybody help please???
