I thought I had set up my email account but it doesn't seem to work - any
suggestions please - firstly I can't receive any emails on account I set up

You need to check very carefully the email account settings. Blueyonder
should have a web page with all the info. If they don't mention WM, then OE
is almost identical.

And BTW, NEVER post your real email address on ANY news group. That's a
recipe for loads and loads of spam...
