Reginal keyboard settings

I'm having a problem changing my keyboard set up. It's
currently set to US and i need UK. I've been to control
panel/keyboard and changed the input language but it keeps
changing back to US.
I've tried changing regional settings to UK too but that
has no effect..

Any ideas?

Go to Control Panel ==> Regional and Language Options ==> Tab:
Languages, Button: Details

Remove English US and replace with English UK. If you want both, then
turn on the "Language Bar" (in Preferences at bottom) and access on the
Task bar.

Click on the ? button top of screen, then point to what you want to
learn more about.

My guess is you have to be logged in as Admininstrator or have
permissions to do this.
