just got this cpu and it has a "regesteration name" I dont care for,,,how can I change the.... "regestered to" name?

You can change it in the regsirty at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
on the RegisteredOwner key.
