Hi,

Yes, you can, it's called loading a hive. However, it's far simpler to just
copy userinit.exe in the system32 folder of the affected system as
wsaupdater.exe. Then you will be able to load it normally and fix the
registry entry.

I did overite wsaupdater.exe with userinit.exe but still can't log me in

plz tell me how to edit the reg of the inffected system from the new system
 
Hi,

Remote registry editing would have to have been enabled first. You can load
the user hive by running BartPE as well. More on this here:

Just run copy "<drive>:\windows\system32\userinit.exe wsaupdater.exe" from a
command prompt. Until the registry is corrected, the file needs to exist.
Overwriting it or renaming it away defeats the purpose. The above command
simply creates a copy of userinit.exe with the name of wsaupdater.exe and
will allow the machine to boot.
