Regedit/Windows xp

Under Regedit-Windows-current version-Internet settings-Zone map-domains--I
found about 500 names that look like web sites. They include things
like(xxxtoolbar.com,wwwbetting.net,unigays.com,spycut.com,gohip.com,casino-online.net,007guard.com).
I have never been to any of these sites. Can anyone tell me where they came
from? Can I delete them? Is there a safe way to delete them if I can?
