regedit being disable...

ok guys.. need help here... last night i was surfing the net and came into one mp3 site that force it's main address page into my default page setting.. after restarting my computer i found out that it has replace my default page setting so ok.. i just need to go into internet option and change it.. but nope i found out that my default homepage address option in internet option has been lock... so i tried running regedit but it also being disable.. everytime i run regedit it said registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.. but i'm the administrator... can anyone please help me.. i've tried to look around in the administrative tools and local security service but i've no idea what to set there... any help will be greatly appreciated.. thanks in advance...
