Regarding IIS Service

After 10 or 20 minitues the IIS Service is stoped i am
anable to solve the problem, there is no virus in that
server the anti virus is updated every week.

one are two times reinstalled the hole system but there is
no use.

Have you checked the event log to see if it sheds any light on the shutdown?

Post in the IIS group, with details from your event logs and if
possible the details from IISState or the Crash/Hang tool. See
iisfaq.com for those.
