Regarding Default in Iexplore

Maybe someone can help me. I am getting the following
default message from Iexplore. This program has performed
an illegal operation and will shut down. It has there has
been a error in module user.exe. I'm very computer unsavy
and can't seem to fix the problem. It happens alot when
I'm on the internet and am particulary on ebay. I have to
restart every time. Help. Terri
