I have an OEM xp installation CD which has been installed in one computer
already, for now I wanna install it in another one, how much for the active
fee will I pay and how to process? Anyone knows? Please tell me, thx a lot.

You can only register one OEM cd per PC, therefore if you want to install
Windows XP on another machine you will need to buy another copy of Windows XP
from a store.

The only way around this is if you have OEM licence keys on the cases of
your pc's then you can use these for the installs.

You can not legally do this. If yours were a retail version, you
could buy a second license (although even then, it's not usually
a good deal--buying a whole second copy at a discount source is
usually cheaper), but they are not available for OEM versions,

You have an OEM license, which is *permanently* bound to the computer
with which it was purchased. You cannot legitimately transfer that
license to any other computer, ever. Buy a second license.
