Refuse Messages

Is there a way to refuse messages from a specific sender and have it sent
back to them as undeliverable? The only thing I can find in Tools is to
accept the message and have it sent to my Deleted box - but I want to
actually refuse acceptance of the message and let the sender know.

You could create a rule that automatically sends mail from an individual to
the trash, and also have it mail a reply stating that his/her message was
sent to the trash without you reading it.

This wouldn't be a wise choice for spam though, as it would verify the
existence of your email addy.

Other than that, there may be some 3rd party "bounce" utilities available,
but those are usually a waste of time and bandwidth, as spam is usually sent
with wrong reply-to headers and such.
