Refresh views in Explorer

Hi

I am running Vista Ultimate

How do I set-up Explorer so I can refresh the view in Explorer.

This was available but it is now disappeared??

At the end of the location field,
ie. where you see the web site address,
there's a little tab with up and down curved arrows.
That's the refresh button.

Failing that, press F5 at any time.

f5 key refreshes views in both Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer
(there are two blue arrows just to the right of the address bar which
is a refresh button as well)

If your talking about checking for new web pages in IE7 look in
TOOLS|INTERNET OPTIONS|GENERAL TAB|BROWSING HISTORY SETTINGS BUTTON.

thanks for the replies, I am actually talking about Windows Explorer
but the F5 will do it for me any way.
