Reformatting the harddrive

I have recently been having problems remote logging in to
my company. Tuns out something is wrong with my
computer. IT suggested reformatting the harddrive. how
do I go around doing this on XP...?

Maybe you could try fixing your current installation of XP with the repair
install.
