Reformatting my PC

Its that time of year again... time to reformat and reinstall.

I have an OEM copy of XP on my homebuilt PC. Will I have any problems
when I have to call up MS to get this machine legal? The only changes
I made were some more RAM, DVD burner and memory card reader.

It should activate on line no problem, no phone call necessary.

Really?
I remmeber setting up XP not toolong ago and it had to call an 800
number. Or was that Home Edition?
I'm using Pro.

If the hardware changes you state were the only ones and/or it's been
over 120 days since you last changed hardware or activated, really.
