Reformating Computer

I was infected by a virus called: Smart-Hack Virus. My
computer is totally destroyed and the only way I can fix
it is to reformate my computer, may someone tell me how?

I don't know anything about this particular virus, but to
reformat and reinstall, just boot from the XP CD and follow the
prompts.

You boot from the CD and do a clean install.
