Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your computer
and look for the instructions on how to use the Recovery CD.

You might want to look at any printed material that was supplied with your
computer.. sometimes, there is a booklet called a manual along with the cd..

The recovery CD will restore your system to just like the day you bought it. It will have all the original apps and crap that most people dont need or want. And if you use this all your personal documents will be erased

Basically, if your computer is set to where the CD is the first boot option (found in the BIOS if not (and dont play with any other settings if you are a newb)), place the CD in the drive and it will prompt you from there.
