Reformat Excel Spreadsheet to List format

Hello,

I am trying to reformat >100 spreadsheets with similar format (but not
list format) in excel into list format. The data is all over the
pages. Is there some type of visual basic language to take data all
over a spreadsheet and organize it into list format.
