Referencing a Cell

I like to do some backtesting, but I find it long and tedious to check
a strategy. This is what I would like:

I have a number in B9, ie. 214
I have a number in B10, ie. 274

I have a formula in AT9 which is: =MIN('4 HOUR DATA'!$E215:$F274)

I would like to modify the formula to automatically pick the number
after $E and after $F without manually placing them in.

Is there an excel formula for that?

Assuming B9 & B10 will house the row references: 215, 274
you could use indirect, eg:
=MIN(INDIRECT("'4 HOUR DATA'!E"&B9&":F"&B10))

Thanks a bundle. This will save me hours of laborious work. There are
brilliant minds out there. Hopefully, I will be able to share the same
experience down the line.
Yours truly,

RH
