Referenced Memory Error

I am running winXP and IE 6.0. I have installed the
service packs and all current windows updates as of today.
Every time I close a browser window I get the following
error:

The instruction at "0x03233654" referenced memory
at "0x03233654". The memory could not be "read". Click on
OK to terminate the program.

It's driving me crazay and I have been unable to fix -
does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Try running Ad-aware or SpyBot Search & Destroy.
Ad-aware, http://ftp.pcworld.com/pub/new/privacy___security/aaw6181.exe
SpyBot, http://studserver.uni-dortmund.de/~su1669/spybotsd12.exe

Install either but both are not necessary, reboot, read FAQ and overview,use
online update feature to obtain the latest reference files, scan for Spyware
much like you would with your pre-installed anti-virus scanner.
Rid your machine of unwanted Spyware pests.
